Account Director | Digital - Central London

Our client is one of the world’s leading customer insight companies. They analyse data and apply insights to help companies create better, more personalised customer experiences. They are now looking for a digital media-focused Account Director.

Following successful test and learn programmes to create propositions which improve the effectiveness and efficiency of digital media buying, our client is now looking to expand their business in this area, and this is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the client’s digital strategy.

As Account Director, you'll take our client's digital advertising capabilities to market, combining their date science expertise with online ad technology to serve relevant advertising content to customers through websites and apps. You will be commercially minded, understand the inner workings of the digital advertising ecosystem, and have the energy and persuasive capability to disrupt the industry as it exists today. You’ll have a passion for digital media and how it can be transformed through the use of data science as well as develop customer loyalty.

Skills & Experience required:

  • A digital display advertising expert with media agency sales experience, as well as a network of contacts
  • Entrepreneurial and pioneering with an understanding of latest technologies and methods such as programmatic 
  • Able to understand and articulate digital display ad market dynamics, specifically the role of ad tech and the value of data
  • Experienced at creating go-to-market structures and strategies
  • Experience delivering actionable customer insights based on tools and analysis
  • An experienced and inspirational leader
  • People management experience
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity and change
