Account manager | Global Luxury Brand - Central London

Our client is a world leading luxury brand, manufacturer, marketer and retailer of premium jewellery. Founded over 120 years ago and showcasing a turnover of £3 billion, they are now looking for a skilled Account Manager who will project manage all creative requests (online and offline) from clients in terms of timing, budget and production from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key contacts across the business
  • Liaise with the creative and branding agency as and when required
  • Create, manage and track project plans and schedules
  • Build strong client relationships and drive new business
  • Ensure the creative brief has been successfully met and to a high standard
  • Prioritise and manage multiple creative projects in terms of timing and budget, utilising internal and external resources
  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Managing deadlines and prioritising effectively

Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven Account Management experience working either in-house or in a creative agency
  • Project Management experience in a creative environment
  • Ideally agency-side experience
  • Ideally luxury sector or consumer brands experience
  • Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Has a clear understanding of brand strategy
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent

This role is a 6 month contract ending in June 2018
