Account Manager | Leading digital agency - Central London

Our client is a leading digital agency specialising in video content. Their clients include some of the biggest brands in online search, technology and the arts. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Account Management with experience of digital projects (especially video)

Key Duties:

  • Work with the Account Director to manage client accounts and build relationships
  • Taking briefs, scoping projects and putting together budgets
  • Work closely with the creative and production team to provide the best service to clients
  • Build processes to support project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Deliver client-focused solutions and influence key stakeholders at all levels

Key Skills:

  • Experience of working in a creative environment as an account executive or manager
  • A keen interest in the media industry. Knowledgeable, including stats, trends and news
  • Strong understanding of video production processes.
  • Able to multi-task and juggle multiple accounts.
  • Sociable, confident and excellent relationship building skills.
