Our client is a video production start-up working with world leading companies to produce visually affecting content. They are looking for an ambitious Account Management professional with experience in the creative sector.

Key Duties:

  • Work with the Account Director to manage client accounts and build relationships.
  • Build processes to support project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the creative and production team to provide the best service to clients.
  • Taking briefs, scoping projects and putting together budgets.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a creative environment as an account manager.
  • High level of relevant media industry knowledge, including stats, trends and news.
  • Strong understanding of video production processes.
  • Able to multi-task and juggle multiple accounts.
  • Sociable, confident and excellent relationship building skills.
