Our client is an exciting strategic brand design agency whose innovative work engages consumers and ignites brands. They are growing fast and looking for a design-loving Creative Strategist.
As Creative Strategist, you’ll work within the Innovation team across a variety of consumer brands to create multi-channel innovative strategy and design campaigns, and oversee brand and consumer insight-gathering activities and processes to create concepts. Key areas of focus include: strategic thinking and idea development, translation of strategic thinking into opportunities and driving projects forward strategically.
- Understanding of the design and visualisation processes and terminology
- Confident communicating with stakeholders in a professional, friendly and articulate manner; able to question and contribute fresh thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to structural and graphic packaging design and branding
- Ability to analyse, ideate, brainstorm and problem solve, with exposure to diagnosing issues, developing insights and identifying solutions to client challenges
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Skills & Experience required:
- Passion for design, research and insights, with a creative instinctual ability
- Ideally Marketing, Communications or Design degree-educated
- Agency-side brand or design strategy experience
- A creative at heart, with a passion for coming up with design-led strategic solutions
- Experience with a variety of research and strategy tools and methods
- Ideally from a design background, but experience within insights, marketing, branding and account management welcomed
