Customer Success Manager| SaaS Start-Up - Central London

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Customer Success manager to join our client who is an established start-up working with over 50 world leading brands. They offer an SaaS platform that is revolutionising the media and PR industry, they are now looking for the right candidate to drive customer retention and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the client/customer relationship and lead all post-sales activity
  • Drive renewals, identify growth opportunities and own a renewal and retention target
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Execute a world class on-boarding process
  • Support more junior team members
  • Work closely with the senior management team to ensure the success of the business.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Customer Success/Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS or Tech environment
  • You must be a highly ambitious, driven individual to join our Customer Success team as we look to scale up in 2018
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders on customer engagement initiatives
  • Experience introducing client to platform and training them on day to day use
  • Excellent relationship building and up-selling skills
