Digital Account Manager | Social Media & TV - Central London

Our client is one of the world’s leading customer insight companies. They analyse data and apply insights to help companies create better, more personalised customer experiences. They are now looking for an Account Manager to grow brand value and loyalty. As Account Manager, you'll work with clients on the creation, implementation and review of digital media plans and engagement solutions, selling digital and social media solutions in order to deliver an integrated, end-to-end service, as well as profitable sales growth for all parties.
 
Key Responsibilities:


• Promote and sell online/digital and social media solutions to Agency/ retail / FMCG clients
• Partner with clients to support strategy and objectives via digital media solutions, and increase impact with customers and sales
• Utilise insights to support retailer customer strategies and build brand/customer value
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to help shape and launch solutions
• Lead client engagement to achieve business objectives with a customer focus
• Demonstrate the ability to influence supplier/retailer decision making in order to provide customer solutions
• Promote the use of social media and digital marketing solutions 

 
Skills & Experience required:
 
• Account management and / or digital media planning experience 
• Knowledge of digital and ideally retail-focused online media
• Consultative client relationship management and media sales experience
• Commercial business acumen
• Understanding of consumer behaviour in relation to social media and digital marketing

• Understanding of data and ability to make recommendations from digital insights
• Curious and passionate about customer insights
• Ideally Retail or FMCG industry experience / knowledge
