They are looking for someone with excellent writing skills a solid understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing and an excellent work ethic.
Key Duties:
- Maintaining a presence online; creating engaging content and communicating with users
- Working with brand new and longstanding members to ensure all content is engaging
- Project Manage the introduction and implementation of new features
- Implementing and ensuring that users abide by the terms of use
- Mediating between community members via support platform, whilst remaining professional and impartial
Key Skills/Requirements:
- An enthusiastic and driven team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of SEO and digital marketing, including industry awareness and maintaining up to date knowledge on new digital marketing trends and developments
- Good technical skills with an aptitude for learning new software
- Previous community management experience
